November Product Update: Seamless Email Platform Integrations

Subletter is introducing integrations with major newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp, Beehiiv, ConvertKit (Kit.com), and Brevo. These integrations will allow creators and newsletter operators to connect their existing email platform directly to Subletter.

The goal of these integrations is to make subscriber acquisition campaigns on Subletter completely frictionless. Today, when a creator runs an opt-in campaign to acquire new subscribers through sponsored placements, the new subscribers are collected in Subletter and usually need to be exported and then manually imported into the creator’s email service. This process works, but it requires extra steps and can slow down the workflow — especially for creators who run ongoing or high-volume campaigns.

With the upcoming integrations, users will be able to link Subletter directly to their email platform. Once connected, any subscribers acquired through Subletter campaigns will be automatically added to the creator’s email list on their preferred platform, without any manual work.

This syncing will happen in real time. As soon as someone opts in through a Subletter-powered placement, that subscriber will immediately appear in the creator’s email list, ready to receive newsletters or welcome sequences.

Additionally, Subletter’s advanced conversion features — especially One-Click Opt-In — will continue to apply. This means campaigns will be able to convert subscribers more efficiently than traditional landing pages, forms, or promotional links. Instead of asking users to fill out multiple fields, Subletter leverages verified email from the newsletter they are already reading, enabling fast, frictionless subscribing.

Altogether, these integrations significantly increase the value Subletter provides:

  • They eliminate manual data handling.

  • They make Subletter feel like a natural extension of your existing email system.

  • They allow campaigns to scale more easily, especially for newsletters acquiring hundreds or thousands of subscribers per month.

  • They make running ongoing acquisition campaigns more practical, reliable, and automated.

For users already running campaigns, connecting their email platform will mean that both:

  • Past acquired subscribers can be synced, and

  • Future subscribers will be delivered instantly as new sign-ups occur.

In short: Subletter becomes a direct growth engine for your existing email platform — not a separate workflow.
