âś… August 7 – Publishing Infrastructure Upgrade

What’s changing:

We've upgraded our backend email infrastructure to allow a higher volume of newsletters to be sent directly through Subletter, with no more sending limits for approved publishers.

Impact:

  • 📣 Publishers: You can now send to larger lists with better delivery rates and fewer restrictions.

  • 📢 Advertisers: Your campaigns—especially Optins—will benefit from improved email performance and deliverability.

  • 📬 Optins Campaigns: More consistent results and visibility across a broader range of newsletters, thanks to better control and optimization.

🚀 August 15 – First Wave of Publisher Activations (200 accounts)

What’s changing:

We're activating 200 new publisher accounts from the waitlist. These accounts will now be able to send emails directly via the Subletter platform.

Impact:

  • 📣 Publishers: If you're on the waitlist, you might receive a notification giving you access to start publishing.

  • 📢 Advertisers: Your ads and Optins will appear in more newsletters, increasing reach and volume of impressions/leads.

  • 📬 Optins Campaigns: More exposure, more inboxes, more results.

🛠️ August 20 – Ad Creation Tool Update

What’s changing:

We're releasing a major update to the sponsorship creation tool, giving advertisers more control over:

  • Targeting by category, audience size, region, and more

  • Choosing the specific newsletters where their ad will appear

Impact:

  • 📢 Advertisers: You’ll be able to fine-tune your campaigns for maximum relevance and performance.

  • 📣 Publishers: Higher-quality ads, better match with your content.

  • 📬 Optins Campaigns: More accurate targeting = better opt-in quality and conversion rates.

🌍 August 30 – Second Wave of Publisher Activations (400 accounts)

What’s changing:

We’ll be activating 400 additional publisher accounts from the waitlist, further scaling the ecosystem.

Impact:

  • 📣 Publishers: More creators will be able to monetize through Subletter. If you're waiting, keep an eye on your inbox.

  • 📢 Advertisers: A larger, more diverse newsletter network means more reach for your campaigns.

  • 📬 Optins Campaigns: Your offers will now appear in even more newsletters, increasing total opt-ins and lead quality.
